Ancestry.ca says “This arranged marriage lasted 3 days, it was then Jeannie left Doug as she didn't like him.”

Another source says her marriage to Doug Eskue was dissolved by divorce on May 1, 1967, in Santa Ana, CA.

After October of 1991, Jeannie wrote:

“I (Jeannie) was in love and to marry Chuck Dotson. He ran when he had to tell me, I was pregnant. So that society wouldn’t look at me as the bad one, my parents had me marry. I don’t even like this guy. I stayed three days and left him. Chuck was there. Chuck was my frist love. I can say today I did truly love Chuck. But neither one of these guys is any good. Their lives show it. But this record is to leave me with a permanent scar. And for what reason? The man gets off scot free. For the record, I AM A VERY NICE PERSON.

I grew up in a alcoholic home. [Her father was the alcoholic.] My mom tried what she thought was best. I had a little brother (Stevey) who was an angel, he loved King Kong and specially Jesus. My big brother (Del) I want to give credit to for being the man of the house. He did more than anyone I even know now. But he let his wife kill our close and loving relationship with lies. My sister (Sherry) was most hurt growing up by my dad’s ways. She has a sensitive personality, beauty and softness. My whole family was hurt by the alcoholic and his sick ways. And it passed on to their grandkids by the alcoholism.”

Jean (Jeannie) wrote on Oct. 20, 1991:

“He [Doug Eskue] was ordered to pay child support in court, but not made to. I got a paper served to me that dropped it. I look up the record, it doesn’t show any drop. So, I take it he was to pay still? I never got a dime.”
