Misc. Notes
Lived in Agerupshus, the farm which adjoins the Windh farm. He apparently gave Olander Windh a small piece of his Agerupshus farm as his own farm when Olander married his daughter Cecilia.

Ancestry.ca says that a Swedish source, Births from the Swedish Death Index, 1901-2006, lists his name as Sven Svensson or Svenson and his birth date as March 20, 1816. However, Ancestry.ca also has him leaving Liverpool on October 8, 1885, and arriving in New York on October 19, 1885, which is a trip Sven Olesson never took and certainly not on a date later than his death. So that entire entry seems inaccurate.

Misc. Notes
Four sources discovered through ancestry.ca, three of them in Sweden, show Maja’s birth date as September 25, 1819, and her baptism on September 28, 1819, at Linneryd, Kronoberg, Sweden. However, they also show that she departed Liverpool May 13, 1869, and reached New York on May 28, 1869, certainly a trip she never took. They also say she died in Groton, South Dakota, USA, in 1882 and that she lived in Odensåker, Skaraborg, Sweden in 1890. One should be skeptical of this information.

Likewise, ancestry.ca names Stina’s father as Pahl Persson (born Jan 22, 1757, in Randijaure, Jokkmokk, Sweden [northwest Sweden] and that he died there in 1801) and her mother as Ingebor Danielsdotter (born May 28, 1761). It says they were married December 3, 1775, in Vastra Broby, Kristianstad, Sweden, northeast of Göteborg. All this information seems unreliable both in its illogical dates and that these locations are far removed from Norra Rorüm where Maja spent her life.
