It might look a little confusing that several of Theophil’s nine children are very similar in age. Theophil’s first wife, Anna Zeutchel, died in 1957 at age 40 after giving birth to their five children. In 1960 Theophil married Felixa Stayton, who already had four children somewhat the same ages, all of whom kept the last name Stayton. Each wife even had a son named Dennis. One hopes they all got along!!
