Melba loved life surrounding herself with family and friends while enjoying interacting with everyone she came in contact with. She kept a beautiful home and was a wonderful cook. Caramel rolls and homemade jelly are a couple of favorites that quickly come to mind. Other interests were her flowers, birds, playing cards, travel and especially the family vacations when everyone got together. Melba was an active member of the First Lutheran Church.
